As an experienced traveler, I always look for a true local experience. My guide Laura was super knowledgeable and showed me a lot of the places where I saw very few other tourists. The tour balanced it very well with must-see attractions like the Yu Garden. Although there were a lot of people in the garden, Laura still managed to let me learn something new. This was the best day tour I've had in China! Our guide, Laura, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories behind iconic attractions like the Bund, Yu Garden, and the French Concession. We tasted a variety of local foods at a bustling wet market and had a hands-on experience with traditional Chinese craftsmanship in the afternoon. We even joined some local elderly folks dancing in the park! It was a perfect blend of must-see sights and authentic local experiences. I'm honestly a bit jealous of the vibrant lifestyle in Shanghai—wish I could stay longer. Highly recommend this tour!
